Your role blends frontend engineering using ReactJS with backend development in Python, enabling you to own the full lifecycle of feature delivery—from conceptualisation and architecture to coding, testing, and production rollout. You will work in an environment that values innovation, clean coding practices, and strong engineering discipline. Your contributions will shape application architecture, influence technology decisions, and improve system reliability. The role demands strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, backend service design, API development, component-driven UI, and cloud-ready application practices. You will also be responsible for analyzing requirements, recommending enhancements, and ensuring solutions follow structured engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJS on the frontend and Python on the backend. Build reusable, modular, and scalable UI components that enhance user experience and application performance. Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components that integrate seamlessly with the frontend. Participate in architecture and design discussions, influencing technical direction and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—product managers, designers, QA engineers—to deliver features that meet functional and non-functional requirements. Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and maintain high standards of security and reliability. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, followed by rigorous unit, integration, and functional testing. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the entire application stack. Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering processes. Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends that can enhance product capabilities. What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 9 years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in ReactJS and Python. Expertise in building production-grade frontend applications using ReactJS, Redux, hooks, and component-driven development. Proven experience developing scalable backend services, REST APIs, and business logic using Python frameworks. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), async programming, and modern frontend build systems. Strong grasp of application design patterns, modular architecture, and clean coding standards. Ability to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions. Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on iterative development and continuous delivery. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
