Job Description The Senior Developer will design, build, and support scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Python-based data engineering, SQL, and BI, with exposure to modern deployment and orchestration practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Python, Spark, and SQL Build and optimize ETL / ELT processes using orchestration tools such as Luigi Design and manage PostgreSQL database objects, queries, and performance tuning Develop and support dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy Package and deploy applications using Helm Charts Support continuous deployment workflows using ArgoCD Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines Participate in Agile delivery, code reviews, and release activities Support production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis Required Skills Programming: Python, Spark, SQL Databases: PostgreSQL Workflow orchestration: Luigi BI & Reporting: MicroStrategy DevOps & Deployment: Helm Charts, ArgoCD Strong understanding of data engineering and ETL concepts Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear communication in a client-facing environment Ability to work effectively in distributed teams Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years Qualifications Bachelor in Engineering/ Computer Science Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
