Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and refine high-performance backend services using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI
• Build and support systems designed to process and manage high volumes of live data
• Produce well-structured, maintainable, and testable code aligned with engineering best practices
• Influence system design and contribute to longer-term technical direction
• Take full ownership of features and projects, working closely with a collaborative and agile team

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience working with Python
• Hands-on experience developing APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks (e.g. Flask or Django)
• A strong focus on performance, scalability, and automation
• Exposure to, or a genuine interest in, AI and data-driven technologies
• A curious, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate
