Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing software applications. Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into the software development lifecycle. Maintain and enhance automated test scripts to ensure testing efficiency and coverage. Identify, analyze, and document defects and issues found during testing processes. Conduct performance testing, load testing, and regression testing to ensure product stability and robustness. Work with product owners to understand requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in testing processes. Participate in regular code reviews and contribute to team meetings to discuss quality assurance strategies and outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies. Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience in manual testing and debugging techniques. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
