JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Administrator/Shipping-Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. The Quality Assurance Administrator plays a very important role in managing and maintaining QA/Production records and files. This person will be responsible for managing/organizing and reviewing quality assurance documentation including daily QA records, sanitation records, production batch records, and other admin/finance records for both as well as packing orders for shipping as required twice per week. It’s the responsibility of the administrator person to ensure that the documents are kept in an orderly fashion and completed as well as easily to retrieve for audits and to archive, track and pull documents when needed. The administrator is also responsible for maintaining test results databases, support regulatory audits and perform any other production/QA related duties assigned by the Managers.

· Collect all production batch records from the floor and organize and review them and have them ready for the QA Coordinator/Manager for review and approval.
· Scan and upload COA’s/product spec sheets and any other essential Supplier documents/certificates into designated share drives and QMS System.
· Issuance, review and filing of production batch records and forms.
· Enter, update and maintain excel spreadsheets with test result data and other data as instructed by the Manager.
· Preparing/collecting and submitting samples to be sent for testing to third party labs in coordination by working closely with Quality assurance and Production Teams.
· Ensure all incoming COA’s and Product Spec Sheets are reviewed, filed and uploaded to the QMS system.
· Maintain and organize the record closets and library to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
· Archive records as per the Company’s document retention schedules and policies.
· Conduct regular audits of records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Compliance teams to ensure documentation is current and accessible.
· Support other sister sites with QA administrative support as required.
· Pick and prepare orders for shipping staff as required.
· Support shipping operations to ensure that shipments are prepared on time with the correct paperwork and are ready for loading.
· Complete Inventory with accurate counts of Raw Materials, Finished Product
