We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven individual to join our Lead Generation team as a QA Analyst & Campaign Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — from distributing campaigns and ensuring lead quality, to supporting team operations and providing administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance (QA) Review, validate, and quality-check all leads before delivery Identify errors, inconsistencies, and patterns to improve data accuracy Provide feedback and corrective actions to the lead gen team Campaign Distribution Allocate daily and weekly campaigns to the team based on priorities Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution Team Support & Management Oversee daily activity within the lead gen team Track performance, maintain workload balance, and escalate issues when needed Assist with training and onboarding new team members Administrative Support Maintain internal tracking sheets, reports, and documentation Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general admin tasks Support management with ad-hoc projects as needed Requirements Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Experience in QA, data review, or campaign management (lead gen experience a plus) Able to multitask and manage shifting priorities Strong communication skills Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary Remote, flexible work environment Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding team Supportive management and a collaborative workplace
