iGaming Ontario is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join our IT team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Solutions Support, the QA Analyst will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on testing and contributing to the delivery of reliable, high-quality applications.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing requirements and specifications to develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
  • Executing manual and automated test cases across web, desktop, and API-based applications.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using issue tracking tools.
  • Collaborating with developers and business analysts to understand features and resolve issues.
  • Performing various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups as part of an Agile team.
  • Providing feedback on usability, performance, and overall user experience.
