POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a QA Analyst with hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) experience to join our growing team. The QA Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of D365 F&O solutions through rigorous testing, defect management, and collaboration with development and functional teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented work, understands business processes in Finance & Operations, and has a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of QA experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Strong understanding of Finance & Operations modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Budgeting, etc.).
  • Experience with testing integrations between D365 F&O and other Microsoft solutions (Power Platform, Azure, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other test management/defect tracking tools.
  • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with test automation tools for Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data at the database level.
  • Familiarity with government or public sector projects.
  • ISTQB or other QA certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and integrations.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to validate requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
  • Validate data migration, financial transactions, and system workflows in D365 F&O.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives within an Agile/SCRUM methodology.
  • Support end-user testing and provide guidance on best practices for quality assurance.
  • Contribute to test automation efforts where applicable.
