The QA Senior Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting tests across various products. The role includes initiating tests, analyzing results, troubleshooting systems, and collaborating with development and business teams to address technical challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute test cases for web/mobile applications based on software requirements and technical specifications.
  • Record and analyze test results, comparing them against expected outcomes to ensure high quality.
  • Provide insights from a user’s perspective to improve the client-side experience.
  • Enhance and mature regression testing processes for comprehensive coverage and efficiency.
  • Design and document detailed test plans for various projects.
  • Participate actively in an Agile development environment, contributing to daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Lead QA efforts for application releases, ensuring smooth transitions to production.
  • Be available to address critical production issues, including after-hours support when necessary.
