Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented QA Analyst who loves breaking things (in a good way). In this role, you’ll be the gatekeeper of our software quality, writing tests, hunting down bugs, and working closely with developers and customer support to ensure our apps run smoothly.
If you’re someone who enjoys digging into technical problems, has a knack for spotting edge cases, and can communicate clearly with both engineers and non-technical teams, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites for our Electron, React, Node.js, and TypeScript stack.
  • Use Jira to track tasks, report bugs, and collaborate with the dev team.
  • Work with developers to identify, reproduce, and document bugs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to diagnose and prioritize reported issues.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across desktop (Electron) and web applications.
  • Help improve QA processes to catch issues earlier in development.
  • Keep test documentation up-to-date and advocate for best practices in testing.
