Description General Responsibility: The QA Analyst is responsible for the design and execution of test plans to ensure new functionality, enhancements, or bug fixes meet business and/or functional requirements. In addition, identifies whether products or enhancements are functional, reliable, performant and meet the intended use cases as well as end user expectations. QA Analyst Job Duties: Design and implement test plans for software solutions that assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with integrated systems Formalize results of testing and inform the development team of defects and errors through appropriate channels Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress while establishing lessons learned for estimating effort for similar issues in the future Ensure that the final product satisfies the business requirements and meet end-user expectations Spot areas for improvement and document appropriately to enhance the product's efficiency Manage many competing priorities and projects in an effective and collaborative way Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business, engineering, or STEM related disciplines 3-5 years of creating and executing test plans for software solutions Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Working understanding of software developed in a Microsoft environment using Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server Demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing software testing processes Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Working understanding of Microsoft DevOps preferred Working understanding of testing automation platforms like Katalon preferred Must be self-motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment Core Competencies Values.
