Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Architect with expertise in Selenium to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks, defining testing strategies, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. This hybrid role requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium.
  • Define and drive QA best practices, automation strategies, and testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless testing integration.
  • Lead test planning, execution, and defect management for complex systems.
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests.
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation best practices.
  • Conduct performance, functional, and security testing as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest QA trends and tools to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance & Test Automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and TestNG/Cucumber.
  • Expertise in designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
  • Proficiency in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Exposure to AI-driven test automation tools is a plus.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $51.98 - $54.73 per hour

Compensation Package:

  • 1099 contract
  • Yearly pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jersey City, NJ 0730
