The QA Associate (Part-Time Contract) will support the Quality Assurance team in testing Zain Cash products and internal IT projects. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in software quality assurance while contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial services. The role involves executing test cases, reporting issues, and assisting in the evaluation of software quality. This position is offered under a part-time contract for 3 months, dedicated to working on an internal project. The contract may be renewed based on business needs. Responsibilities Execute test cases and document results to ensure products meet quality standards before release. Identify, document, and communicate defects found during testing to the development team. Assist in writing and updating test documentation, including test plans and test cases. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on testing progress. Collaborate with team members to understand product requirements and testing needs. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Perform regression testing for new releases and updates. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (or relevant coursework). 0–3 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing is preferred. Preferred Skills Knowledge of manual testing processes and techniques. Familiarity with test management tools and reporting software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
