We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. This role combines hands-on automation development with solid manual testing capabilities and strong understanding of networking fundamentals. Responsibilities Job Description Design, develop and maintain automated test suites (primarily using Playwright) Execute manual tests when required, including exploratory and edge-case testing Test REST APIs using Swagger and other API tools Validate system behavior across load-balanced environments Work with JSON payloads, encryption/decryption mechanisms and authentication flows Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps and product teams to ensure high quality releases Investigate production issues and participate in root cause analysis Analyze network traffic and debug issues related to DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS advantage Qualifications 3+ years of experience in QA with strong focus on Automation Hands-on experience with Playwright Proven experience building automation infrastructure from scratch (Page Object Model, project structure, frameworks, utilities, etc.) Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or equivalent) Strong understanding of REST APIs and Swagger documentation Experience testing distributed systems behind load balancers Practical experience working with JSON structures Basic understanding of encryption/decryption concepts Solid knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS and core networking protocols advantage Experience writing scripts for automation (JavaScript / TypeScript / Python) advantage Strong analytical and debugging skills Experience using or integrating AI-assisted tools Ability to work independently and take ownership Referral Category: Standard Position CP Department: Exposure Management Office Location: Tel-Aviv Career site Category: External Risk Management
