Description

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze requirements and define test strategies, test plans, test estimates, and test approaches for complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Create, maintain, and execute functional, regression, integration, API, database, end-to-end, UI, non-functional, and performance test cases.
  • Shift quality left by collaborating early during backlog refinement, iteration planning, technical design, and architectural review activities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop, debug, optimize, and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Robot Framework, JMeter, or similar technologies.
  • Troubleshoot automation failures and support stable test environments for automated execution.
  • Contribute to the evolution toward automation-first testing practices and AI-assisted test generation.
  • Support the adoption of AI-assisted testing capabilities, including anomaly detection, intelligent regression selection, predictive defect detection, and automated test generation.
  • Perform root cause analysis of defects, automation failures, and production issues.
  • Coordinate defect resolution and technical fixes with architecture, development, operations, database, DevOps, and product teams.
  • Support triage activities during user acceptance testing, incident reviews, and live verification following system changes.
  • Document test plans, test cases, test results, automation coverage, defects, risks, and quality findings.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional technical teams to improve test coverage, release quality, automation stability, and overall product reliability.


Requirements:


  • 6+ years of hands-on QA engineering experience in enterprise systems.
  • Experience providing both functional and non-functional test coverage.
  • Strong experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Deep experience with JMeter or Robot Framework, including script creation, debugging, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience creating and executing functional, regression, integration, API, database, end-to-end, UI, non-functional, and performance test cases.
  • Experience troubleshooting automation failures and supporting stable automated test execution environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and practices, including predictive defect detection and automated test generation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams, including architecture, development, operations, database, DevOps, and product teams.
  • Strong root cause analysis skills with the ability to investigate defects, production issues, and automation failures.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional facilitation, documentation, triage, and stakeholder collaboration.
