Job Title: QA Automation Engineer – Katalon Studio Location: Kolkata (Work From Office, 5 Days a Week) Experience: 3 – 9 Years About the Role: Indus Net Technologies is looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Katalon Studio to be a part of our dynamic Agile development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Katalon Studio. Perform functional, regression, and API testing for web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members within an Agile/Scrum environment. Identify, record, and track bugs through proper defect management tools. Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes. Ensure comprehensive test coverage by analyzing system requirements and technical specifications. Provide regular testing updates and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases. Required Skills & Experience: Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Katalon Studio for test automation.Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC. Experience in functional testing, API testing, and test case automation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. Working knowledge of Selenium or other automation frameworks will be an added advantage. Good understanding of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
