We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions that ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD integration, along with a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end quality assurance for assigned product features and releases. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Playwright and Rest Assured. Perform hands-on manual testing where automation is not feasible or during early feature development. Execute and validate API tests and ensure data integrity across services. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers throughout the product lifecycle. Identify, log, track, and own defects to closure using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating and maintaining automated test execution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks, coding standards, and QA best practices. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (UI automation). Experience with Rest Assured for API automation. Solid foundation in Manual Testing and test design techniques. Practical experience in API Testing. Good knowledge of Core Java. Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Nice-to-Have Skills: ISTQB Certification. Working knowledge of databases and SQL. Experience with JMeter or other performance testing tools. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
