Description We are looking for a QA automation team leader with strong hands-on experience in Python and proven experience in managing automation team. Key Responsibilities · Guide, mentor, and manage a team of QA automation engineers, providing technical guidance and encouraging professional growth. · Define, manage, and execute the annual QA automation roadmap and strategic improvement goals. · Design and implement advanced, scalable automation infrastructure to optimize test development Requirements · 3+ years of experience in hands-on development in Python - Mandatory. · 2 years of experience in managing a team of automation QA engineers - Mandatory. · 5 years of experience in QA, writing test plans and executing tests. · Prior experience with using AI based automation (LLMs – local or cloud, at test runtime or as a post processing of results) · Knowledge in cloud, especially Azure - advantage. · Knowledge in networking and management systems - advantage.
