📍 Location: Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor 💰 Salary: RM 1,700 + RM 200 Allowances 🕘 Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:10 pm (Monday – Friday) Job Description & Key Responsibilities Inspection & Quality Assurance Perform visual and dimensional inspections of automotive parts and assemblies using calipers, micrometres, gauges, and visual aids Carry out first-article inspections and in-process checks to ensure conformance to drawings and specifications Identify, record and report non-conformances; raise discrepancy reports and follow up on corrective actions Documentation & Record Keeping Complete inspection checklists, quality control forms and batch records accurately and on time Maintain logs for incoming materials, production inspections, and final quality sign-offs Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and customer requirements Testing & Measurement Assist with basic functional tests and measurement activities under supervision Calibrate and verify measurement tools and report any deviations to supervisors Process Support Work with production teams to support quality checkpoints and minimise rework Participate in root cause analysis and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Suggest small process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency Health, Safety & Housekeeping Follow all health and safety policies, wear required PPE and report hazards promptly Maintain a clean and organised inspection area Requirements & Skills Education Minimum SPM or equivalent; certificate/diploma in Mechanical, Automotive Technology, or Quality Control is an advantage Experience Fresh graduates will be considered; 1+ year in a manufacturing or automotive quality role is preferred Technical Skills Familiarity with basic measurement tools (caliper, micrometre, height gauge) and inspection techniques Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tolerances Basic computer skills, including MS Office for record keeping Attributes High attention to detail and strong observational skills Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team Certifications (Nice to Have) ISO 9001 awareness or internal auditor training SSG or safety-related certificates What We Offer Competitive salary and allowances On-the-job training and opportunities for career development Friendly, supportive working environment and stable working hours To apply, please submit a CV that highlights relevant inspection or manufacturing experience.
