We are looking for a motivated QA Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Factors Group. In this role, you will organize, coordinate, and support quality compliance and certification initiatives across our locations, ensuring we meet the highest standards while upholding our seven core values—including Sustainability (people, planet, and profit). Permanent Full-Time (40 hours) Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible) In this role, you will: Coordinate and maintain key certifications (e.g., Organic, Halal, MSC, FOS) and support licensing updates to ensure compliance with evolving regulations. Manage vendor performance through scorecards, audits, and quality agreements with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders. Investigate product quality complaints and adverse reactions, issuing and tracking CAPAs to drive continuous improvement. Conduct trend analyses, prepare compliance reports, and present findings to management. Develop, maintain, and follow SOPs/WPs while ensuring adherence to cGMP, GVP, and company safety policies. You have: A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or Food Science) and 3+ years’ industry experience. Solid knowledge of cGMP, CFIA, FDA, Health Canada, EU TRACES, and TGA regulations, with experience in certification programs. Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis, and reporting. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with an investigative mindset and attention to detail. The ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
