This role ensures the team meets its operational targets and contributes to a smooth launch in the new market. What will you do? Oversee day-to-day audit and QA workflows, including task assignment and resource allocation.​ Monitor team performance metrics and report progress to the L6 Manager.​ Manage escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.​ Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.​ Assist in localizing processes, tools, and best practices for the Taiwan market.​ Serve as a bridge between the frontline team and senior leadership.
