Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibilities include coordinating and tracking the status of all Material Review Board (MRB) non-conformance materials.
  • Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
  • Provide investigation feedback on non-conformances to internal stakeholders or directly to suppliers.
  • Interface daily with various departments to update the status of open MRB items and seek resolution for non-conforming items.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team by coordinating with relevant departments on quality-related issues and supporting Customer’s FAIR submission.
  • Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by superior.
