We’re Hiring: QA Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Build Your Career with a Trusted Regional Leader Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF), a subsidiary of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, is a leading provider of engineering, fabrication, and ship repair services for the oil & gas and marine sectors. We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Engineer to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards. Key Responsibilities · Assist in establishing, implementing, and maintaining QMS processes in line with ISO 9001 requirements. · Prepare, review, update, and maintain QMS manuals, procedures, forms, and controlled documents. · Plan, coordinate, and support internal audits, supplier/vendor audits, and document audit findings. · Identify nonconformities and support the issuance, tracking, and closure of NCRs. · Coordinate root cause analysis and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. · Collect and analyze customer feedback, register complaints, and support resolution processes. · Assist in certification, surveillance, and recertification audits and coordinate audit readiness activities. · Monitor QMS performance through quality objectives and KPIs. · Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions. · Assist in customer and vendor prequalification and registration processes. · Promote awareness of QMS requirements across all departments. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes. Qualifications & Experience · Education: Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. · Technical Qualification: Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001 (preferred). · Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in QA/QMS within engineering, fabrication, marine, or oil & gas industries. · Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems. · Experience in audits, NCR management, and corrective action processes. · Proficient in MS Office and documentation systems. · Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. · High attention to detail and strong professional integrity. · Fluency in English (mandatory).
