About the role Please note: This job posting is intended exclusively for candidates who participated in the Talent Transfer event at CAU Kiel. As a key member of our six-headed team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, usability, and functionality of our software applications. We place a strong focus on automated tests and solid programming skills, so we can continuously enhance our testing strategy. Your Responsibilities • Plan and implement comprehensive test strategies for our software solutions, with a particular focus on automation. • Develop detailed test cases, test data, and test scripts to validate software functionality. • Work closely with developers to identify and address software errors promptly. • Utilize your programming experience (e.g., Java, Python, or another language) to build and maintain automated testing frameworks. • Thoroughly document test results and generate comprehensive error reports. • Actively contribute to the enhancement of our testing processes and methods. • Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve automated quality assurance. • Participate in regular team meetings and closely collaborate with the development team.
