Your mission Join Bitpanda’s Quality Engineering team to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our products. You’ll work with Software Engineers to test cutting-edge financial services used by millions across Europe. What you’ll do Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for backend applications. Actively participate in the sprint cycle, collaborating with development, product management, and other QA engineers to integrate quality assurance from the outset. Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like Jira, and contribute to efficient issue resolution. Execute various testing cycles - including regression, smoke, and exploratory testing - using both automated tools and manual methods prior to product releases. Ensure all product requirements are met and maintain up-to-date test documentation. Who you are Proven experience in software testing with a strong commitment to product quality. Familiarity with QA tools or scripting, such as Postman or JIRA, is beneficial but not mandatory. Possess a structured, detail-oriented approach and a keen interest in understanding complex system functionality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
