Roles & Responsibilities

• The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance and quality control activities for fit-out and interior

• design projects. The role ensures that all materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards,

• and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from execution to final handover

• Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures on site.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality checklists.
• Inspect fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of interior works, including gypsum, joinery, flooring, wall, and ceiling finishes.
• Ensure only approved materials are used on site.
• Coordinate quality inspections with consultants and clients.
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and inspection documents.
• Participate in snagging and de-snagging activities and follow up on snag closures.
• Assist in the preparation and verification of as-built drawings and handover documents.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Promote quality awareness among site teams and subcontractors.
