Description

We are looking for an QA Engineer – Embedded Systems (Electrical Engineer) with minimum 3 years of experience to join the Hardware team of IND Technology in Melbourne, Australia. We are seeking a QA or Quality Engineer QA or quality-focused role in embedded hardware/firmware or electronics.
Join our R&D team developing cutting-edge IoT sensor hardware for the power industry. As QA Engineer, you’ll manage PCB and firmware revision control, coordinate releases, and help maintain the highest quality standards across our embedded products. Moreover, you will have the opportunity of working with world-leading and industrial experts in delivering multi-awards-winning IoT powerline monitoring solutions to our customers in Australia, Canada, USA and Asia.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • 3+ years QA or quality-focused role in embedded hardware/firmware or electronics
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware/firmware integration
  • Project management experience (or solid organizational skills)
  • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps a plus)
  • Experience with PCB assembly processes (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
