  • Perform manual exploratory testing to validate new features, integrations, and complex financial workflows
  • Own test coverage metrics and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to define clear acceptance criteria for features
  • Create and manage test data strategies (Postgres fixtures, mocked APIs)
  • Conduct regression, performance, and edge-case testing across core modules (Cases, Finance, Bank Reconciliation, Integrations)
  • File, track, and verify issues in Jira with clear reproduction steps and logs

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in QA engineering or test automation
  • Proficiency with automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
  • Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Jest + Supertest, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CDK workflows a plus)
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and test data setup
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot edge cases
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating across dev and product teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, proptech, or multi-tenant SaaS
  • Familiarity with AWS stack (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cognito)
  • Knowledge of React testing (React Testing Library, Jest)
  • Prior experience as the first QA hire in a startup environment
