Who we’re looking for: We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our R&D team in Israel, work closely with developers, product managers, support, and customer success, to ensure our enterprise customers high quality product experience. The QA team at Gloat plays a vital role in ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability and performance. We work closely with engineering, product and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless, bug-free experiences that drive trust and value for our users. With a mindset of continuous improvement and a passion for detail, we turn complexity into confidence, making sure every release delivers on our promise of excellence. This hybrid position requires commuting to our TLV office 3 days a week. Skills null Responsibilities ● Review product requirements and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback. ● Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans. ● Identify, record and track bugs. ● Collaborate with developers and product managers to quickly isolate and report issues. ● Work actively in the scrum team, participating in its meetings. ● Run various testing types: Functional, GUI, Performance, API, DB. etc. Requirements ● 4 + years’ experience in Web Application Testing, SaaS Product. ● Experience in writing and executing test plans from Product requirements. ● Proven strong background in QA methodologies and tools - Web protocols, Databases & Cloud services (AWS/Azure). ● Experience working in Agile / Scrum development methodology. ● Experience in using automated test tools and scripts. ● Good interpersonal skills – a team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude ● Independent, highly motivated, responsible, and accountable person. ● High level of English language. Advantages Relevant B.A./B.SC in (Computer Science, Software Engineer, Electronic Engineer).
