As a QA Engineer for our web app team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our application and leveraging your expertise to continuously enhance our product. If you’re passionate about establishing a quality mindset, sharing best practices, and diving deep into test automation, then join us to drive excellence and growth.

We’re looking for people based in Germany, as we work in a hybrid set-up and are meeting at least once a week. Unfortunately, we can’t support relocation at the moment.

Responsibilities
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities using various testing tools
  • Perform functional testing of new features and releases, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they become bugs
  • Ensure efficient QA processes within customer-aligned teams, verifying that new features meet expectations and testing releases for regression bugs
  • Provide timely feedback and collaborate closely with developers, PMs, designers and other QA engineers to facilitate ongoing product improvements during each cycle
  • Using the shape up method and agile principles to test the best possible software, that leaves our users with happy faces and makes all of our competitors look old
