Description

Participate early product design & development review to make sure we get it right first time. Prepare Test plan for each individual product. Review the test report and defect samples with engineering and vendors during the development cycles. Follow up the corrective actions of vendors. Perform the FEP or PRP line audit of the new product. Review and disposition of PRP/QN reports. Handle the customer complaints. Perform the defect analysis and follow up the correction actions of vendors. Initiate and follow up of the Corrective Action Request (CAR). Monitoring of the vendor performance and improve the process control. Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Minimum of 5-6 years' relevant experience in QA Engineering, preferably in toys industry Engineering skills, problem solving, statistical process control, manufacturing process control. Detailed, analytical and logical thinker with the abilities in risk assessment, root cause analysis and risk management. Persuasive communicator, good interpersonal skill and team player. Good spoken and written English LI-Hybrid

Responsibilities
