At Lokal, you’ll take ownership from day one, build for real impact, and help redefine the roadmap of how Bharat connects to opportunities, knowledge, and experts. What You’ll Do ● Own end-to-end testing for a consumer-facing mobile app (preferably video streaming). ● Collaborate with developers, PMs, and analysts to ensure only high-quality rollouts. ● Create and execute test plans for new features, A/B tests, and localization scenarios. ● Track release metrics and user data to catch issues early post-launch. ● Perform event & analytics testing to ensure data accuracy. ● Build lightweight automation or repeatable test frameworks where needed. ● Bring a product mindset — not just “does it work,” but “does it make sense for the user? 1–2 years of experience testing consumer-facing apps (video or social a plus). Deep curiosity to understand how things break — and prevent it next time. Comfort working directly with devs, designers, and PMs — influencing releases, not just verifying them. Experience with tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Postman, BrowserStack, Charles, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

The QA Engineer I will own end-to-end testing for a consumer-facing mobile app, collaborating with developers and PMs to ensure high-quality rollouts. They will create and execute test plans, track release metrics, and perform analytics testing.
