HyberGaming, our in-house iGaming division, develops next-generation web-based gaming content including slots, table games, and interactive real-money experiences. All games are integrated with our proprietary BackOffice platform, which provides partners with real-time game management, reporting, and player analytics.
This QA position plays a key role in both our player-facing game products and our B2B SaaS BackOffice platform—ensuring a seamless experience and reliable performance for players and partners alike.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally with exposure to both games and SaaS products
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr)
• Familiarity with web/mobile QA tools and techniques, including cross-browser and device compatibility testing
• Experience with manual testing (required); automation testing (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a strong plus
• Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and SQL queries
• Solid knowledge of iGaming systems (RTP, volatility, bonus logic) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a passion for quality
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required (daily communication with cross-border teams)

BONUS SKILLS

• Experience testing BackOffice or admin portal SaaS tools
• Prior iGaming or fintech QA experience
• Familiarity with Agile development and sprint-based QA cycles
• Experience setting up test automation frameworks

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this dual-role position, you’ll be responsible for testing both:

• Web-based iGaming products (e.g., slot games, player interfaces)
• Internal BackOffice SaaS platform (e.g., game configuration, reporting dashboards, partner management tools)

You will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure quality across gameplay, platform logic, and data-driven tools.
