Company parties, BBQs, and our famous kale tour should not go unmentioned. What to expect in your role as a QA Engineer? Kaleris is seeking a QA Engineer to join our talented QA team. In this position, you will work closely with the product teams for loading computers and stowage planning solutions and are actively involved in the enhancement and maintenance of our software. Primary Responsibilities: Work in an agile environment, closely together in a cross-functional team. Understand business requirements to create and execute detailed test cases for our applications. Perform hands-on functional and non-functional testing for our applications. Report test observations and communicate results with the team. Engage in creating test automation for our applications. What do you ideally bring with you? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related area preferred Understanding of the overall software development process, phases, and deliverables Ability to understand user needs and share a quality-oriented mindset. First knowledge of quality assurance methods and techniques. Independent and self-reliant work as well as a pronounced ability to work in a team. English language proficiency, both spoken and written, is a must-have in our globally connected teams. Plus, you feel comfortable in German, too.
