As a QA Engineer, you'll partner with our development team to design test strategies, build automation frameworks, and ensure seamless product releases. You'll have a key role in identifying issues, driving improvements, and delivering an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that our web applications function as expected. Work closely with the development team to understand the product requirements and features. Create automated tests and maintain existing test suites to improve test efficiency. Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs found during testing. Participate in the design and development meetings to provide input on potential quality issues. Help troubleshoot issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring that updates are tested before being deployed. Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyze test results, discover and report root causes for test failures. Ensure that all aspects of quality are measured and that defects are reported and dealt with during the product life cycle. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. A native or fluent Mandarin speaker with 2+ years of experience as a QA Software Engineer Experience in testing APIs, Micro services, Web services, and Web pages Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrable experience driving issues to resolution Experience working closely with developers, product and delivery managers, and other stakeholders A desire to be involved in all aspects of product development from inception through planning, design, implementation, and delivery The ability to engage with software engineers to embed quality in all stages of development A passion for becoming a domain expert in the systems we build, and the customers who use them Analytical and critical thinking skills - asking good questions, challenges assumptions and challenge existing ideas and viewpoints Test automation with knowledge in Java, Python Proficiency in Selenium Framework, JMeter, etc Experience in Agile environment and comfortable with fast-paced delivery process Hybrid working arrangement - 2 Days of remote work per week Opportunities for enriching career growth, including exposure to regional contexts Complimentary snacks and beverages available in the office pantry Healthcare coverage (medical, dental, optical), gym benefits Flexibility in smart casual dress code Young, vibrant and open work culture
