What’s the opportunity: We are seeking a talented and experienced QA Engineer to join our R&D team - an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about software quality, automation, and modern testing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure the highest quality of our web applications. If you thrive on ensuring software excellence, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement - including leveraging AI tools to enhance both manual and automated QA processes, we’d love to hear from you! As a QA Engineer at Loox, you will: Perform hands-on testing of new features (manual validation, exploratory testing, regression testing) to ensure they meet our quality standards. Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests using Playwright testing frameworks. Use AI tools to improve QA workflows Write comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, test results, and bug reports. Work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. Identify, document, reproduce, and track bugs - and validate fixes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, including AI-assisted testing processes. What you’ll need: 3+ years of experience in QA engineering - Must At least 2 years of hands-on experience writing and maintaining automation test cases, with a solid grasp of coding principles - Must Proven ability to create and manage QA documentation (test plans, test results, etc.) with an excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies. Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Creative problem-solving skills for complex testing challenges. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
