Role Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated QA Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, Browser Stack, and similar testing tools. As a QA Engineer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Key Responsibilities: Manual Testing:Design, execute, and maintain test cases for functional and non-functional requirements. Perform regression, integration, and system testing to identify defects and ensure optimal functionality. Validate application behavior under various conditions to ensure consistency and reliability. Automated Testing:Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other relevant automation tools. Integrate automated tests with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or similar CI/CD frameworks. Perform test execution and analyze the results to identify defects or areas for improvement. Collaboration:Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper test coverage and bug tracking. Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies. Defect Management:Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Test Documentation:Maintain clear and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports. Continuous Improvement:Provide insights for process improvements and optimize testing procedures. Stay up to date with new tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience:2-4 years of experience in manual and automated testing. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and related tools. Experience using cross-browser testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs. Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or any other programming language for test automation. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. Testing Expertise:Solid understanding of software testing concepts (e.g., functional, regression, performance, load, etc.). Experience in API testing (using tools like Postman, RestAssured) is a plus. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes. Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and document test results. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines. Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, etc. Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments. Why Join Us?
