• designing, developing, and executing manual test cases based on project requirements
• collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and UX/UI teams to understand features and technical implementation
• assuring the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
• identifying, recording, and thoroughly documenting bugs and inconsistencies
• performing regression testing and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality releases
• participating in sprint planning and contributing to acceptance criteria for stories
• proactively recommending improvements to processes and tools for better product quality
• contributing to defining and tracking QA metrics and KPIs
