Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automated testing approaches.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
- Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) to support automated testing workflows.
- Knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking systems, with strong analytical skills for identifying root causes.
- Demonstrated ability to estimate testing effort accurately, manage time effectively, and meet project timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate testing results and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough testing of NIVOMAX applications to ensure reliability, performance, and quality across all supported platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and increase efficiency.
- Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on software requirements and user stories.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Ensure that every release of NIVOMAX meets the highest standards of quality, adhering to company and industry best practices.
- Estimate effort and resources required for testing tasks, ensuring accurate planning and scheduling.
- Manage and meet testing deadlines, adjusting plans when necessary to address project changes or newly identified issues.
