JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. This role requires a strong understanding of software development practices and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Note: Strong knowledge of Annuity domain and business processes.

Work on both manual and automated testing efforts across projects.
Maintain and enhance the automation testing framework.Collaborate with QA Leads to define and implement test strategies for sprint-based agile teams.
Design and execute white-box tests to ensure internal code quality and logic.
Create functional and non-functional test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
Document test execution results, record defects, and follow up until resolution.
Partner with Developers, UAT Testers, and other stakeholders to manage defect triage and resolution.
Develop comprehensive QA test plans for cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure best practices in test management to streamline QA workflows.
Maintain strong communication with technical and business teams, including Developers and Analysts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in QA Automation and framework updates.
Strong knowledge of Annuity domain and business processes.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in Agile development and sprint-based delivery.

Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
