Your mission:

Within the Information Systems Department, you will be responsible for:

- Participate in projects in the role of Business Analyst

- Gather and synthesize the needs from departments and business experts

- Modeling processes and participating in project scoping

- Drafting specifications and tender documents

- Formalize and track requirements throughout the project

- Understand the technical challenges and translate them for use by departments and business stakeholders

- Define the acceptance criteria and testing strategy

- Test and monitor the conformity and quality of the work produced.

- Train users and organize change management support actions

- Organize the transition and implementation of the solutions

- Product and application lifecycle management

- Manage application maintenance (corrective, adaptive and evolutionary)

- Formalize and track incidents, problems or change requests (product backlog)

- Coordinate maintenance with users and suppliers

BUSINESS ANALYST 80-100% - Geneva

Your profile:

With a higher education degree (Master's, HES, EPF) in the field of computer science, you have more than 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.

You will benefit from:

- Training and/or experience in analyzing and formalizing IT requirements

- Knowledge of analysis and modeling tools (BPMN, UML)

- A good understanding of IT professions (principles of development and deployment, databases, testing, maintenance, etc.

- Real experience in software development

- Excellent communication, listening, summarizing and writing skills in French

- A proven sense of organization and priorities

- Knowledge of the fundamental principles of project management

These are a plus for your application:

- Experience in custom application development, product owner role, and prioritizing requirements

- Experience in quality assurance, setting up test campaigns, writing automated tests

- Experience in IT product management as an application manager, knowledge of IT support and maintenance principles (e.g., ITIL best practices)
