• Contribute to and maintain test plans and test cases for assigned projects
• Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and UAT-support testing across web and mobile platforms
• Test solutions built on Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Dynamics 365, and Power Platform components
• Validate integrations and workflows built with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and related Azure services
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and regression) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
• Review requirements and user stories to derive clear, traceable acceptance criteria and test coverage
• Log, track, and manage defects to closure, ensuring accurate prioritization and root-cause reporting
• Conduct API testing, data validation, and cross-browser/cross-device testing
• Report quality metrics and release readiness to project stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of QA experience, including hands-on manual and automation testing
• Hands-on experience testing Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
• Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and SQL for data validation
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and version control (Git)
• Solid understanding of the SDLC/STLC and Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
