This role in the Consumer Technology team involves troubleshooting, optimizing, and delivering high-quality banking products. You’ll identify and escalate defects, manage test infrastructure, execute and maintain automated tests, and provide technical guidance. Additionally, you’ll write and execute test cases, develop automated scripts, determine test scope for each Sprint/Release, perform validation/testing on mobile (iOS + Android) and desktop platforms, and write clear bug reports for developer collaboration.
