We are seeking a QA Engineer who is curious, hands-on and detail oriented. In this role, you will support product validation and development by testing prototypes, analysing performance data, and working closely with engineers and project managers to ensure project milestones are met and new products are successfully launched.
What you’ll do:

Test Execution & Support

• Plan and perform validation tests for existing and new products
• Set up, operate, and monitor test equipment, robots and automation tools
• Ensure all tests are executed safely, accurately and on schedule.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams to align testings with project milestones.

Data Collection & Analysis

• Record, analyze and interpret test data to identify patterns, anomalies, or failures.
• Prepare clear test reports with findings and recommendations
• Support root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Develop and refine test procedures and documentation
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance test efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to the design of automated testing workflows and data visualization.

New Product Introduction

• Partner with Design and Manufacturing teams during product development and launch
• Proactively anticipate and manage risks throughout the entire product development lifecycle

Equipment & Logistics

• Coordinate logistics related to test materials, protypes, fixtures and tools.
• Track inventory and ensure availability of required test resources.

REQUIREMENTS

Who We Are Looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in validation, QA, NPI, or Engineering Support role
• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical or related field
• Practical experience with mechanical, electrical and electronic systems in a laboratory, manufacturing and/or R&D environment
• Proficiency in test instrumentation, data acquisition and analysis tools (eg, Excel)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Good understanding on algorithms, Software & System design, Device & Platform
• Excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
