QA ENGINEER

Reflexions is growing and we are seeking a forward-looking, innovative and enthusiastic QA Engineer with 2+ years of broad experience in manual testing. Exposure to automated testing is desired, a strong desire to learn and work with automation, in a supportive team environment, is required.
You will become a key member of the team, allowing us to expand our capabilities and take on more challenging projects. You will support other members of the team in a fully remote capacity.

We foster a professional, collaborative, and supportive environment where we learn, deliver great work, have fun and enjoy good work life balance. We are a strong proponent of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We seek to build on our team that includes and promotes employees of different gender, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.
The position requires a strong working knowledge of software and web development best-practices. You will need to be curious about expanding your own skill set, and about emerging trends in QA and development platforms and technologies.

  • Able to identify automatable features and create automation scripts for repeated tasks in your feature areas and debug the automation failures on a regular basis
  • Convert manual test cases into automated test scripts for next-generation web and mobile experiences using emerging toolsets and frameworks
  • Develop and execute automated test cases to validate business requirements and system stability
