In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of digital products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working closely with developers, designers, and project managers, you will test and validate websites, applications, and interactive experiences before they go live. You will play a key role in identifying issues, improving workflows, and supporting best practices in QA. Your contributions will directly impact user satisfaction and the overall success of product launches. The position offers opportunities to work with diverse technologies, enhance automated testing practices, and grow within a remote, dynamic team setting. Accountabilities Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts across multiple devices and browsers. Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing on web applications and interactive experiences. Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring clear communication with development teams. Ensure accessibility, performance, and consistency across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes, automation, and testing best practices. 2+ years of experience in QA or testing for digital products. Familiarity with test management and documentation tools (e.g., Notion). Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as responsive design. Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills. Nice to have: experience with interactive campaigns, accessibility standards (WCAG), and automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium). Fully remote work with flexible hours.
