The Operations Portfolio enables an integrated, enterprise-wide delivery for best practice student and staff experiences.
The Portfolio incorporates the following business units: Enterprise Projects and Business Performance (EPBP), Communications, Experience, Human Resources, Information and Technology Services (ITS), Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Procurement and Property Services Group (PSG).
The Portfolio houses significant drivers and delivery components across the staff and student journeys and enables the overall experience for both groups. The Portfolio is integral in bringing the RMIT strategy to life, across the globe. Each of these functions supports the global operations of the University both directly as well as through its controlled entities.
The Information Technology Services (ITS) function, provides RMIT University with current and emerging Technology systems and services. The Role
Bring your QA expertise to a dynamic and forward-thinking IT team.
We’re looking for a passionate QA Engineer to play a key role in uplifting quality practices across projects, platforms, and BAU activities. In this role, you’ll design and maintain test automation frameworks, embed QA into CI/CD pipelines, and champion a shift-left approach to ensure quality is built in from the start.
You’ll also get hands-on with a mix of automation, manual, performance, and accessibility testing, using tools such as JMeter and K6 to ensure solutions meet the highest standards. Collaborating closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA colleagues, you’ll be part of a supportive team culture that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
