* 6+ years of experience in a Quality engineering role. * 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Services Cloud) * Basic knowledge of Salesforce Schema, Salesforce Cloud objects * Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology. * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. * Solid experience in writing Test Case Design, Test Case Execution and Defect management. * Expertise in Negative scenario testing, Regression testing, Unit testing. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Good to have experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Selenium, TestNG, JavaScript). * Strong communication and collaboration skills and Good team player.
