Job Format: Full-time Introduction to the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality across the full release cycle — from requirements analysis and test design to regression testing and release validation. You will work closely with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Automation QA Engineers in a fast-paced Scrum environment, helping the team deliver stable and high-quality releases. What you'll do? Analyze requirements and identify gaps, risks, and edge cases before development starts Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression suites Perform functional, regression, UAT, API, and end-to-end testing Validate release readiness and participate in post-release smoke testing Write clear and structured bug reports with detailed evidence and RCA Test APIs using Postman, Swagger, and DevTools Work with Jira/Qase and maintain proper test documentation and traceability Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and support teams Participate in Scrum ceremonies, estimation sessions, and release discussions Ensure product quality and prevent critical bugs from reaching production Who are we looking for? Must to have Hard skills 2+ years of experience in Manual QA Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger, DevTools) Experience with Jira, Qase, Trello, or similar task-tracking systems Experience with test design techniques including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, negative testing, and edge-case validation Experience with regression testing, UAT, and release testing Ability to analyze logs, network requests, and identify root causes of issues Basic understanding of CI/CD and test reporting tools (Allure is a plus) Understanding of client-server architecture and integration flows Basic knowledge of programming concepts or any programming language Soft skills Strong ownership and responsibility mindset Attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and proactively Clear and transparent communication Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Persistence in achieving results and solving problems Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines Nice to have Hard skills Experience in SaaS, Fintech, or Banking products Experience with Gray Box Testing Basic understanding of automation testing processes Experience working with AI tools/AI agents in daily workflows Knowledge of performance, localization, or cross-browser testing Soft skills Growth mindset and willingness to learn Adaptability and flexibility Strong collaboration skills Ability to handle feedback constructively How to join the team?
