Key Responsibilities Participate in requirements and design reviews of new products to ensure testability and a strong understanding of product features. Design, prepare, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications across different platforms, devices, and browsers. Conduct various testing types across projects, including functional, regression, UAT, integration, UI/UX, and exploratory testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA, ensuring issues are communicated clearly and resolved promptly. Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports. Support API validation and testing (e.g., using Postman); basic automation scripting (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar) is a plus but not mandatory. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps in the QA process and suggesting enhancements. Exposure to CI/CD or performance testing tools (e.g., Gitlab, Jenkins, JMeter) is considered an advantage but not required. What would you need? 3+ Years Experience: Solid experience in software testing, with a strong foundation in manual web and mobile app testing. Automation (Good to Have): Exposure to test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Katalon Studio. Programming Skills: Basic understanding of Java, JavaScript, or Python is a plus but not mandatory. UI/UX Validation: Proven ability to validate UI/UX against requirements and ensure consistency across platforms. API Testing: Hands-on experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Katalon Studio. Performance Testing (Good to Have): Familiarity with tools like JMeter to validate application performance. CI/CD Awareness: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and how testing integrates within them. Why join us?
